Market Update: High Equities, Low Volatility

 

Since the state of the union address this week, we’ve seen all time highs for several equity indexes. As the rally has happened, the yield between the 20-year treasury bond and the S&P 500 is the narrowest in almost a year, and the volatility index is also at year low.  Jack explains what this means for market participants.
